Client assigned InnoDez to provide structural engineering for a remodel project at 19270 Bainter Avenue in Saratoga.

The scope of work includes interior remodel of an existing two-story single-family residence to include new exterior siding and windows throughout.

• New exterior siding and roofing throughout with exterior insulation.
• New windows throughout.  Mostly these are existing openings but there will be three new large format sliders, a new standard slider and some other new window headers in the Family Room and Master Bath.
• New partition layout at the Master bedroom suite.
• Several new skylights.
• New decking, new steps to connect the two levels, and an extension on the left side.
