InnoDez Design and Engineering provided full set of MEP plans (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) and Title 24 report for White Pines Lodge Restaurant at 864 Highway 4, Arnold, CA 95223.
Scope of work includes:
- Remodel existing restaurant and bar at the first floor
- Remodel existing office and storage at second floor
- Upgrade to handicap requirements
- Replace existing Type-1 hood
- Relocate commercial kitchen fixtures
- Upgrade building structurally
