MEP Design for TEA AMO Boba Store Tenant Improvement in Manteca, CA
InnoDez was tasked to provide MEP design, plumbing and electrical drawing for tea and milk store tenant improvement in 536 N Main St., Manteca, CA 95336
This project was a tenant improvement of an empty office suite within an existing one-story building that will be renovated for the new use of a restaurant. The scope of work includes a demo of existing non-structural partition to prepare for construction of a new Boba Store. A small new kitchen, doors, millwork, light fixtures, and paint.
