MEP Design and Engineering for Miracle Math Tenant Improvement in Paradise Valley Plaza
Scope of work was to provide Full MEP Design and Engineering for a Miracle Math TI (1,400 SF) at location Paradise Valley Plaza, 3336 N Texas Street, Suite J Fairfield, CA 94533.
We provided the below:
Mechanical Engineering: New mechanical unit and equipment was designed for the suite.
Electrical Engineering: New electrical was provided for the space modifications.
Plumbing Engineering: New plumbing design was provided within as a Break Area was asked to be in the Scope of Work – refrigerator, new sink with garbage disposal, and dishwasher.
