MEP Design and Engineering for Hayward Commercial Building – 4,000 SF
We provided full MEP design and engineering for a 4,000 SF Hayward commercial building at Hesperian Blvd., Hayward.
A new 4 retail tenant core and shell space with Rooftop units and 600 Amp panels for each tenant, fully metered.
