Mechanical and Electrical Design for 20,000 SF Workshop TI in Sunnyvale, CA

InnoDez provided mechanical and electrical design (MEP) for a Maker Nexus Tenant Improvement Workshop in 1330 Orleans Drive, Sunnyvale, CA 94089.

Building total size is approximately 28,000 SF and 20,000 SF of it was assigned to the tenant improvement.

Maker Nexus is relocating from an existing 7,000 SF to their new location.

The building was originally built in 1981 and the last tenant was an Uber call center.

Challenges: Client did not have access to any as-built drawings; however, we were able to gather all the required electrical and mechanical information with client’s help to incorporate them in our MEP Design.
